Prices & services
The prices vary between € 20 and € 35 per person per day. Prices of the apartments depend on the season, occupation, how long you stay, the number of children and the number of adults.
Prices are inclusive

Prices are exclusive
- Tourist taxes (€ 1,00 per night and per day from 14 years of age)
- Final cleaning (€ 60,- for apartment 1, 3, 4 and 5; € 80 for apartment 2)
Duration of stay
- minimally 3 nights
Service
- Beds for children, high chairs and buggies are available for free
- Bread service (against a fee)
- Towel set (€ 5,00 per person)
Arrival and departure
- Our apartments are available from approx. 15.00 uur hours. We kindly ask you to vacate the appartments at 09.00 hours at the latest
Pets
- on request
Smoking
- Smoking in the apartments is not allowed. You are of course free to smoke on the balcony, on the terrace or in the garden
Payment
- To confirm your reservations permanently we kindly ask you to pay a deposit of approx. 20% of the total sum within 7 days after you receive our confirmation
- Final payment follows cash at arrival or in advance by bank transfer (before the start of the holiday!)

For cancellations the regulations of the Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen für die Hotellerie are valid.
Up to 3 months before the stipulated date of arrival, the accommodation contract can be cancelled without paying a fee. Outside this period a withdrawal from the contract is only possible under paying the following cancellation fees:
- up to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total agreed price
- up to 1 week before the arrival 70% of the total agreed price
- in the last week before the arrival 90% of the total agreed price
